Known for its dedication to delivering high-octane motorsport content to millions of fans across the world, MAVTV will bring every thrilling round of the championship to more than 30 countries including Americas, Europe, and Asia, making this the most comprehensive broadcast partnership in decades of the series.
With a reputation for showcasing premier motorsport events including the World Superbike Championship, World Speedway Championship and Supercars — MAVTV’s coverage of the series will position the Australian Supercross Championship alongside some the world’s most recognized motorsport properties. This partnership reflects a significant step forward in growing the sport’s international footprint and attracting new audiences.

“The FOX Australian Supercross Championship is one of the most dynamic and competitive supercross series in the world, and we are excited to bring this unique racing experience to a global audience,” said Eric Peronnard, Strategic Advisor to AUSX. “With the re-introduction of the AUSX Open as the grand final championship round and the participation of Australian homegrown stars Jett and Hunter Lawrence, Cooper Webb, Dean Wilson, Joey Savatgy and more, the series is attracting more international attention than ever before. “The 2024 AUSX Open event is shaping up to be the biggest supercross event in recent history outside of the USA. We’re expecting over 40,000 fans to fill the stadium, creating an electric atmosphere and showcasing the very best of supercross on a global stage.”

“The FOX Australian Supercross Championship is a great addition to our programming, and a natural fit for MAVTV as we continue to build a world-class lineup of international motorsport content,” said CJ Olivares, President of MAVTV. “We strive to deliver the best motorsport content to our fanbase, and Australian Supercross offers exactly that: top-tier racing, an incredible talent pool, and a unique setting that will resonate with our viewers. We’re excited to expand our coverage and be a part of the growth of supercross in Australia and beyond.”

Supercross Stars Set to Shine on the Global Stage
The 2024 season promises to be one of the most competitive yet, featuring an elite lineup of riders that includes Australia’s top contenders competing against international stars. Reigning SX1 champion Dean Wilson is set to defend his title against fierce competition from local heavyweights like Matt Moss and Aaron Tanti, while international standouts such as Cooper Webb and Joey Savatgy will add extra firepower to the series.
In a major coup for Australian supercross fans, global superstars Jett and Hunter Lawrence — two of the most exciting talents in the sport — will also make special guest appearances throughout the season. Known for their success in the AMA Supercross and Motocross Championships, the Lawrence brothers will bring unparalleled excitement and a global spotlight to the series.
“Having top-tier international riders like Cooper Webb and the Lawrence brothers competing in Australia is a testament to the growing stature of the FOX Australian Supercross Championship,” said Kelly Bailey, Championship Director. “It’s not only a fantastic opportunity for our local fans to see their idols up close, but it also places Australia firmly on the global supercross map.”
